My fee is $135. I have some sliding scale fees based on salary and financial resources.

I am a provider for CCN, UBH, Pacificare, UCB - SHIP, First Choice health insurance plans.

I accept ACCESS - Alameda County MediCal and Victims of Crime Programs.
