Fees and Insurance

My fee is $140. I have some sliding scale fees based on financial resources.

I am a HMO and PPO plan provider for Beech Street, CCN, UBH, Pacificare, UCB - SHIP, and First Choice health insurance plans. 

I also accept PPO plans for Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, and various others.

I accept ACCESS - Alameda County MediCal and Victims of Crime Programs.
